a) Delivery will be made as per the delivery instructions. if delivery instructions state that the product must be delivered to the recipient only, it will not be given to any one else and shall be considered delivered if recipient is not available. If recipient doesnt accept the delivery, we shall consider the order to be delivered. b) Maya Flowers will be able to attempt delivery of your gifts only ONCE. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no re-delivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases: 1. Wrong shipping/delivery address. 2. Recipient not available. 3. Premises locked. 4. Wrong landlines / Mobile number or Extension number which may render us unable to reach the recipient for the delivery. 5. Recipient refusing to accept the delivery. 6. Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor. 7. In case of non delivery due to unfavourable conditions like heavy rainfall, natural disaster, delivery rider mishappening OR Delivery Van accidental case, we would be able to re-process order as soon as situations get normal. On request of cancellation for such case, Only refund voucher will be provided against complete amount paid by customer which will be applicable for future use without any condition.

Although we guarantee exceptional service, there are those rare moments that something comes along and causes you to want to return your arrangement. FRESH FLOWERS Even if you want to make substitutions for your flowers, this is something that MayaFlowers would be more than happy to accommodate. If you are not satisfied with the product quality at the time of delivery, you may refuse to take thart order. In such case we provide re-delivery of product with a new arrangement. CAKES Substitutions within a cake may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery. If cake delivered is not up to the mark or if their is any damage in the cake then we request you to return the cake immediately at the time of delivery. We always request to see the cake at the time of delivery, so if anything damaged delivered to you, then please return it to the same courier boy. Once delivery is done, we will not be able to take it back for the same reasons. We are also dependent on third party for cake deliveries, so we request you to cooperate with us and return the product at the time of delivery. SUBSTITUTIONS FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS Due to the importance of delivering orders on special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, valentines day, mothers day, Christmas, new Year, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available, and if we are not able to contact you via the phone number or email address you. SPECIAL NOTE: On special occasions please cooperate with us of any mistake of ours. We also request to every customer of ours that please dont expect same arrangement as shown on website.
